you can start the injections immediately. Margie has recommended using the hhcg for the first couple of days in conjunction but since you have such massive hunger that might not be the best thing. maybe just eat for 3 days while you take the shots then start the diet again. Try to eat fats to load and not carbs and you might not gain since the hhcg doesn't seem to be doing anything anyway.

You're SURE you have abnormal fat to lose?
