I am mixing my 2nd hcg vial for the final 20 subq injections of my R2. I'm not confident I mixed my first 5000 ampule correctly... I've been dealing with hunger this entire time. I'm planning to use a smaller syringe this time: a 3/10 ml cc (doses up to 30 units). How do I mix the 5000 ampule so that the dose is concentrated correctly? As you suggested, I thought I'd start at a dose of 166 iu and see how it goes..... Thank you!!!
