Colleen, I have a larger 100 unit syringe but have experienced discomfort with the injection... I thought by switching to the smaller syringe I would be more comfortable. However, the most important thing to me is that it be effective! So, if I have to use the larger syringe I'm ready to do it. :-) I just want to get the concentration right and the dose.
