mkt- the size of the syringe has nothing at all to do with the comfort of the shot- it's the size of the needle that determines that. switching from a 1 cc needle to a .3 needle won't change that. but i also don't have a problem with a .3 ml dose- i do that frequently and i really don't see a difference. i think .2 gets a bit iffy, and anything below that is definitely too small.
