c- i don't think she needs to load again. i'm also not sure we can be confident that the hcg is doing "nothing" if she's hungry, just that it's not working ideally. some people just naturally seem to struggle with hunger more than others. i think there would be more risk of her continuing the hcg and eating fat. if she's off of it before she starts up again, then i think she could do a mini load, but any more than that and i think she'd be gaining weight she doesn't have to.

ps- maybe you're saying that if she has lost abnormal fat that she needs to replace it? i suppose a mini load would be a compromise for that.
