But the whole thing with the hunger scale on hcg I think can mess a lot of people up. When I have my dose right on hcg, I have to set an alarm to remind me to eat because I am never hungry. And according to her, that means that when I eat, I am cheating. Using hunger as a way to adjust dose is important with hcg, and she never address this. This can hurt people in the long run. I also know that if I wait to eat breakfast in P3 and P4 until I am hungry, I am starving all day long. But if I eat the BAB first thing in the morning, I am not hungry at all.

I think there are much better books out there about emotional eating that address more of what to do with emotional eating than taking up knitting.
It's a valid point, I sometimes wonder if going a whole day wihtout eating is okay. But I have to trust my body. There are times ON hcg when I'm starving, so I know my body is doing something right. I'm trusting it.

I also don't think there should be rules aroudn when I can and can't eat. Sometimes if I've already eaten when I wasn't hungry, then I'm hungry again a little later and it's not "time to eat" I get in this whole guilt mindset about my food. I think Robin's method makes a lot more sense. And based on leptin and hormones it really does make sense that some days you can eat a lot more than others without gaining weight once your stablilized and you've corrected your leptin levels.
