I loved Weight Loss Apocalypse and love all of Robin's youtube videos. Pounds and Inches isn't perfect either, that is why most people who start hCG do a lot of research and websearches before they start. WLA gives them a good place to start and for many of us, has changed the way we view eating and the hCG protocol. I know it has changed my life.
