Question for all you SAM-e users.

What mg dosage are you on? Do you take it all in one dose or take half in the morning and half in the afternoon/evening?

I got mine the other day and started taking it straight away. I have been taking 400mg a day for 5 days now (hoping to help with depression and low moods/energy etc). Should I be taking more than 400mg??

Also, how long did it take before you noticed a difference? A few days? weeks? months?
