I don't take many supplements in P2. And I don't use most of my organic body care products...I use the chemical laden fake ones since the healthy ones usually contain coconut oil or something similar. I do take potassium and magnesium during P2, as well as eating a lot of sea salt, and I think those are the most important ones for me. My electrolytes get out of balance and drop pretty low so the potassium/sodium is critical for me. The magnesium keeps me regular.
