I just put on the chicken stock but don't have a pressure cooker. Just using a soup pot and long cooking time. I will take out the chicken when it is done and let it simmer a while longer with the veggies in it so the flavors can develop. Then in a day or two, on to the onion soup. I can't wait to try it out.
