What everyone else said. I did a planned interruption for two weeks while on vacation. Started out eating P3 and did great, no gains, but then ate everything and anything and gained 5 lbs in a week. My usual vacation weight gain. Ugh. But I lost it fast when I started back on HCG post vacation.

As for watermelon, it's obviously not protocol, but I ate some on Saturday and Sunday this weekend and still had a 1 lb loss on the scales this morning. So while it might not work for you, it didn't keep me from losing. I didn't go crazy, had perhaps two cups of watermelon on saturday and one cup on sunday. used that as my fruits for that day.
