wel to start off I have been using drops from cell hamonics I started my journey a couple of weeks ago and lasted a week when I caved in on my twins birthday party cookout (potato salad, cake, Ice cream) so I figured I failed and stopped the drops my TOM was coming in a few days so I thought I would wait until it was over to start again.Well I started on 7/19P2 I am losing a little and trying hard but whenever i see a tv commercial about food or one of my kids asks if I can make them an ice cream cone I want it bad. Its like i'm having a constant battle with my head. I am on 8 drops 2 times a day and am drinking 8 glasses of water. So did I screw up a good thing by stopping the first time? The whole world revolves around food and I dont even want to go out because I will see something I will want to eat. Sorry for rambling!
