Hi everyone. I am new to the forum, I just have some questions and concerns.

I'm a 21 year old, and since the age of 11-12 have always been on the chubby side. I am 6' weighing in at 226 lbs. Needless to say, I was very excited to hear about HCG and its results. So I started a couple of days ago.

My worry: I have gained 8 pounds during the 2 loading days

. Its making me nervous, the gain and HCG in general. I mean, I give myself the injection, see the solution enter my body, but I still doubt it will work, despite all the evidence. Its like I'm expecting failure. Anyone else feel this way at first? I mean, I wish the medical community would study this more. I.e. if HCG resets your hypothalamus how does it cross the blood-brain barrier? Where are the HCG receptors in the hypothalamus and how do they interact with leptin and insulin receptors in the same region? I guess I'm just someone that needs to know the full details. Idk, I am just terrified by the thought that after a few VLCDs I wont lose weight and will only have a +8 gain to show for myself.

Also, I've read here about food sensitiveness. How do you know you have them? I feel like I must, I gained 8 pounds.
