I have been through 2 rounds. I did well and have been able to maintain my weight. I am considering going another round to lose 10 more pounds. This will put me at a more comfortable weight.

Anyhow, I am curious to what the shortest round that has been completed successfully? I know that it is not recommended to go less than 23 days, but I was wondering if someone actually did less and had success?
