What dosage are you injecting? What is a typical day's diet for you? Is it TOM? Are you hungry?

The shots alone will not make you lose an ounce. Maybe if you could offer a little more info, someone could help you figure this out. A lot of these clinics aren't very helpful in doing anything but helping your pocketbook to lose weight.
