i had lower back pain when i first started hcg. it lasted almost two weeks. it reminded me very much of the pain i get right before my tmi AND i had it when i was pregnant. it went away and never came back after the first two weeks. just my two cents....i checked the internet and freaked out a bit too but i was fine.
