I didn't use it in R1 but post vacation gain I started R2 this week and I've been using it everyday. My losses are great so far (9lbs in 5 days!) but then again the first week it's easy to get away with it. I really love adding them to carbonated spring water to make yummy soda, but I don't know if it will start affecting me in the next week. Maybe just try it and see. Remember that it may not show up until 2 days after, so keep that in mind when watching for a gain.
