Well, I am often tempted to not eat my dinner, especially when I get home late & am too tired to 'cook' and not hungry. But until now I still forced myself to eat the protein & veggies. Since I do love fruit, I eat at least one of my fruits in the afternoon & when I do decide to skip the second, like yesterday, I just up my protein a bit for that meal. I am having fish quite a lot at dinner, since I cam eat that no matter if I feel bored with it or not as long as there is enough lemon & herbs on it. And u don't ve to chew it a lot, so I get down more easily than chicken (actually hate chicken breast, but its convenient to take along to work) or beef.
So most of the time I manage to get my 400-500 cal.
U should try not to give into the temptation. U might get problems when adding back more food in p3. I know the food gets boring, especially if u stick to basics. There are a lot of great recipes here, but at the moment I just don't ve the time...
