Yes, I have the same problem. I am often tempted to skip dinner, either because I get home late or just forget. I am often not hungry enough to want to cook, however my minimum is that I cook the protein and eat that. I have heard of people experiencing hair loss on this diet, so I am keeping my protein up to avoid that, (I even go over by half half an ounce most of the time). I eat extra veggies, and I skip the fruit due to the sugar.

Keeping some hardboiled eggs on hand, and eating just the whites (maybe one yolk or half a yolk) would be an easy way to get your protein. HTH
