Yes, I did it all with HCG. I've done 6 rounds I think? I lost count! I spaced the rounds out quite a bit. Most of it was 2 years ago, then a round or 2 a year when I gain from going back to the bad habits

I'll never learn! LOL I have about 30 to go and I really want it this time, so hopefully I'll go all the way this time and finish off my last 30 lbs and be done with it. good luck on your hcg journey!
