Kristen, the first few days you need to get used to a new definition of feeling full. Full is simply not hungry, not stuffed. Its a very important difference. But it does take a couple of days, especially after loading days!!

I didn't repeat the same fruit, nor the same veggie for the two meals. I found oranges stalled my weight loss, so I avoided them. Everyone is different though.
