Thanks for that great info about the hoodia and about the melba toast. I will probably add both starting tomorrow.

Rosiesmom, that is good advice I appreciate it since I'm just starting and on Day 4 tomorrow, I will do what you say and try it.

Early morning melba toast. coffee & teas a little hoodia (If needed or feeling super hungry)
Mid morning Apple,
Lunch Meat Veggie,
Mid afternoon, Melba toast & teas.
Dinner Meat & Veggies
Evening Fruit.

Sounds like a plan so you are getting intake continually throughout the day. *Smiling*

The apple cider vinegar is awesome to dip veggies and pieces of apple in yum. (I will keep doing that)

I really appreciate your input everyone, means a lot to me since I'm still learning on this.

I'm also glad to hear you are eating 2 apples a day because I love apples, if it works that is all that is important to me.
Organic grapefruit and strawberries are over priced in my opinion but Organic apples I have found as low as 0.89cents a pound at Costco in 5.5lb packs. Not bad

Cheers,
Kristen
