My bathroom scale costs a bazillion dollars (Withings), and it is crap. It "measures" body fat, and it does a horrible job of it. My scale says that I am 29-21% BF, and my H's scale says that I am 24%. My boot camp instructor is a personal trainer, and he says that they are wildly inaccurate. He measured me with calipers at 7 sites, and says my body fat is 22%. He also says that his measurements aren't perfect, but his ARE a whole lot cheaper than having it done accurately via water displacement, and they are a whole lot more accurate than bathroom scales. If I can get the company to do a refund, I am going to. We are "in discussions". Ha.
