My doc says it is fine to immediately start second round after first. He also gave me diet that includes meats vegetables and fruits as the protecal but 6 oz of vegetables twice daily, three fruits at least six hours apart, and 12 ounces of meat (cooked weight) and this can be eaten at one meal. Also at least 2 liters of water daily. I have instead followed the protecal diet amts. I have lost 16.5 lbs in 28 days. Have you heard of just continuing the hcg with no break? They did say sometimes they switch from shots to drops for second round.
