Hi - Wondering if anyone is in same boat. I know many here are on HRT of various types. I am on (estrogen and testosterone) pellets - I like them better than anything else I've tried. Days 1-12 of month I have to take progesterone pills. They seem to affect the weight loss . Any other experiences out there? Thanks.
