Some people choose to use protein shakes that closely mimic the nutritional makeup of 3.5 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast. Jay Robb is one that some people like. But it is off protocol and used at your own risk.

What is the protein shake you are interested in? What are the ingredients? What is the nutritional information? How much fat, protein and carbs does it have?
