Kristen, glad yesman and I could help. I am using hcg provided by a clinic and they mix with bacteriostatic water. I am currently on phase 3 after one round of 60 days I lost 39 pounds. (Yea!!!!

)))) ). I am doing one short round in July to lose the last 10 or 15. I didn't have very much trouble with hunger after the first week. I kept all my syringes in the freezer and took out a week at a time. There are various opinions on keeping the medication in the freezer, but I had already done it by the time I read them. It seemed to work for me! Oh, and 2 weeks into phase three, I am at my LIW with only one steak day. Hang in there!!!! It does work!!
