Congrats on your weight loss - you're doing GREAT! I agree that insecurity is soooo strong with us ladies. Hey, it starts as toddlers!!!

Keep on your journey with YOUR goals in mind. Be patient with your friends - I have had to tell a friend of mine that I didn't ask her for permission to do the HCG plan because I DON'T need her permission!!! We all make our own choices - you've made yours as have your friends. Patience will prevail & you and those friends will be fine!
