I too need to wear moisturizer and make up and finally went to Macy's. They have a wonderful product by the Sue Devitt line that carries just about everything you need with no oils and all approved on Phase2. It is all water based. In fact the cosmopolitan that waited on me had done the HCG way of life about a year ago and still has kept it off. She was a real wealth of information. Just one down side to it.....it's expensive but then again we are worth it.
