Jake, losing 1-1.5 a day is way above average. Losing .5 a day is more on track with the rest of the world.

Your goal is 130? Are you very short for a guy? That seems an awfully low weight for a man. My H is 5'6", and he is nowhere near 130.
damn i guess im spoiled to the gravy train fast track haha thanks. idk i wanna cut up and start lifting again.. peace gl!
