Honestly, all of us are doing subcutaneous without a problem. I would leave IM to people who know what they are doing - SubQ is done by millions of diabetes patients every day. I had to do subQ (thrombose) when I broke my ankle, so doing hcg was no big leap... I just inject in my belly fat (enough there), different spots each day. The worst I ever had was a slight burning right afterwards, which immediately went away.

You will get a feeling for how to best do it; just breaking the skin takes a little mind games at first, but really, by the 3rd injection you are a pro. And HCG seems to be doing fine subcutaneously.
