Its not on protocol, but I have a Jay Robb protein shake every morning on P2. Strawberry flavor, blended with ice, a bit of water and 3-4 strawberries. Yumm! Thick and creamy and delicious. The chocolate is ok too. Haven't tried vanilla.

Jay Robb is sweetened with Stevia btw. Not Splenda, and it's as natural as you will find. Only 4 ingredients I believe. Also, I don't eat the melba/grissini, and don't have a second fruit either. Just protein and green veggies for lunch and dinner. The morning shake keeps me very full until 1 or 2 pm, and took care of my evening cravings as well.
