They taste like a protein shake though. LOL I just used the ViSalus shakes and had no problems with them- plus it's like a total cheat because they taste like heaven! (cake mix)!! LOL

i've looked up the ViSalus shake info cuz I have a friend who sells them, but isn't it "off protocol" that they have 7 carbs to each shake? I mean it's awesome they're only 90 calories and 12 grams of protein and 1 sugar (which i also know isn't on protocol) but the carbs worry me. should i be worried about the carbs, or no? just curious. i'm totally new to this.
