Default Question about eating
The nuts and bolts: Round one. Today is day 1 of my VLCD. Loaded yesterday and day before. I'm taking subQ injections.

Here's the question: I started my morning at 7:30 a.m. Took my injection, drank two (8 oz) cups of coffee and two (8 oz) cups of water. It's now 3 hours later and I just started 100 grams of an apple. My problem is that I'm not hungry after a couple bites of the apple. Can I set it aside and eat the rest of it later today, as long as I finish it sometime today (with the rest of protocol), or do I need to eat the entire serving in one sitting?

I assume this will happen more than with just my first attempt at eating, so any opinion/advice on whether it's okay to break up my portions into smaller snack-size portions throughout the day is appreciated.

Thank you.
