First, increase your dose to 150. That's a better starting dose for injections.

I don't know why this doesn't work to eliminate your hunger, but I'm sorry you're struggling so much. That must have been horrible to do your whole first round with constant hunger.

I am usually not hungry the first few days, then hungry a couple days, then ready to chew my arm off about the 7th or 8th day and planning to quit the diet. Then the next day, all hunger disappears completely. This stuff is strange. And my first 3 rounds, my best sublingual rx dose was about 118 iu twice a day. This round, I'm closer to 135 iu.
