Gosh, in 4 rounds, I have always prefilled 10-14 syringes at a time and never frozen them. I don't feel they lost any potency?

Thats why I said pre filling that number is fine.

. You do get less hormone the longer it sits in the syringe though, because it binds with the plastic cylinder of the syringe and is not pushed out into you when you depress the plunger. How much is bound and lost....we don't know for sure and it might coincide when you would need less anyhow, and you would have decreased your dose anyhow. The clinic I go thru used to recommend freezing the syringes...now they don't anymore. I guess it neither helped or hurt the hcg, so why do it. Hope this helps some.
