Vegg, extremely easy to prepare. Took 5 minutes. And they are ready to eat!
I will be making these! I use a lot of protein powder already, so this is right up my alley. I am trying to think of ways to use vanilla powder too. Vanilla and the peanutbutter or almond butter would be good. Maybe vanilla and add in some sugar free caramel or toffee syrup. (It's rogue but I do not gain from the SF coffee syrups.) Strawberry protein powder with the almond butter would probably be good. Wow, this opens up a whole new world for me! Can you tell it doesn't take a lot to make me happy? I live a pretty simple life. lol
