I take MSM, food based vit. B complex, Biotics adrenal support (more B vitamins and bovine glandular tissue), chlorella, New Chapter probiotics, NAC, a few different forms of magnesium, sublingual vit. D and milk thistle for liver support. I add Real Salt to my water too.

I think my potassium, zinc and vit. C are fine but I am watching how I feel. If I get weak, or feel like I am getting a cold (which I haven't had all winter), I will add those as well.
