We absolutely purchased a food scale to ensure we were using 100g / 3.5oz of proteins.

Found a "Biggest Looser" branded one in the local grocery store for all of $19.99 digital and did both OZ or Grams.

Sold!

Edit: Looked at the scale while weighing dinner, it only says TAYLOR on it, the "Biggest Looser" branding was only the box/carton, once opened and removed the scale itself bears no markings or branding for TBL, just the Taylor name/logo.
