you should always skip an injection when adjusting downward. Otherwise it takes several days. Also Corion is very strong, so you may need to go all the way down to 125. I can't advise you about cycling but I tried the patches and was starving the whole time on them. They don't work for everyone. They don't actually contain hcg. They work in a very different way (if they work for you at all.) They work for others on here, but there are some of us that they just don't work for.

As far as the losses, when the dose is off, the losses are not stellar. But later rounds often aren't quite as good as the first one and if you've been eating clean for a year that means you haven't added a lot of water weight with carbs. So that can affect things. Good luck, honey!
