Zazagirl - That is a great idea, to just go ahead and do the 500 calorie instead. I have heard so many good results from people who follow the protocol. That is amazing that you have lost 11 pounds in 9 days. Well i go back to my second round tomorrow... should I load for two days since i am following the 500 calorie protocol? or can i just start the 500 calories? I did not load on the first round as the dr. said it was not necessary. I am so confused and so frustrated with it. i just want to lose weight and it seems impossible :-( Any help you guys can provide would be so appreciated. Thanks!!!
