Thanks Jayy, I'm loving the fact that I've lost 16 lb and actually seem to be keeping it off for a change - week 1 of P3 and it all seems to be going well (fingers crossed). I did Atkins once about 7 years ago and got down to 177 but just gained it all back again really quickly and I didn't actually notice any inches lost which is weird. The inches seem to be sticking around now too but people seem to say that for most they go later in P3 so I'm hoping that will happen to me too. Body shape is a funny thing - I think your stomach looks smaller than mine........but I'm too wimpy to post a pic wearing my underwear to prove it LOL It could be that you're big boned. To tell if you're big boned you're supposed to wrap your index finger and thumb around your wrist - if they overlap, small boned, if they touch you're medium and if they don't touch, you're big boned. Mine don't touch so I'm comforting myself with that because it means that I can aim for the higher weight in my height/weight 'zone' and haven't got to lose as many lbs to get there ...... ha ha, the things we tell ourselves to get out of losing weight
