I am experimenting as well now.... Weight might not be the best measure right now, since I am on a water gain with TOM coming... but maybe I get lucky and have a woosh tomorrow.

Tried actual breakfast for the first time today, with 2 red onions and 2 egg whites. Yummy. And I wasn't hungry all day, only had cucumber for lunch. And now my chicken and more cucumber for dinner. Still well within the 500kcal range, hoping the eggs won't be a problem. My 3 office days a week are just sometimes difficult to plan - official lunch break at noon is too early for me, and I am only home around 7pm. Oh, and I dropped the grissini and fruit early on, since they weren't helping.

Curious to see what works for you guys... and for me.
