Sometimes I wonder if it isn't more important to stay at or under the 500 cal as what you are eating? My menu: Coffee morning lunch is 3.5oz lean meat usually with cabbage or a tomato same for supper tea for night But boy would I love to have an atkins shake or something in the morning my menu means I'm usually at 400 cal and wonder if I couldn't afford a 100 cal low carb shake? I don't eat the fruit or breadstick as I find it just makes me hungry Would be interesting to know if you could say use low fat frozen meal like weight watchers instead?? I don't dare try it but it would be a nice variety
