I bet Colleen and I have each said it more than a hundred times each on this forum over the years....women lose on avg .5 to .75 lb per day over the course of a round. Everyone wishes to be one of the few who can avg more....but most women just can't do that. So Sherri, head up, you are actually doing better than avg!! . I dont eat alot of protocol fish, but I do eat canned tuna packed in water....and I always lose on that. It's not in Simeon's manuscript, but tuna was only packed in oil in his day. That's my excuse, and it's worked well for me!!!
