LOL, unfortunately I only like canned tuna with mayo and relish LOL Although I do like fresh tuna, Ahi or yellowtail or...but I believe that is too oily for this plan! It is not a white fish, really LOL

If it works for you then you are smart to listen to your body with no excuses
I bet Colleen and I have each said it more than a hundred times each on this forum over the years....women lose on avg .5 to .75 lb per day over the course of a round. Everyone wishes to be one of the few who can avg more....but most women just can't do that. So Sherri, head up, you are actually doing better than avg!! .

I dont eat alot of protocol fish, but I do eat canned tuna packed in water....and I always lose on that. It's not in Simeon's manuscript, but tuna was only packed in oil in his day. That's my excuse, and it's worked well for me!!!
