I am still NEW, but I have lost 11 lbs in 14 days so far. However, my day usually goes like this. Coffee plain or Tea with stevia and lemon at about 730am.... 9am, I have s strawberry smoothie (9 strawberries, water, ice and stevia).... At 11, I have a piece of melba toast, at noon I have some chicken breast I have doctored up with spices and spinach or salad with lemon and salt. I get home and immediately have a melba toast again. Dinner, I have grilled steak or fish, with salad or spinach with lemon and salt. For an evening snack, I have another one of my strawberry smoothies. I drink hot tea, but mostly iced tea that I have made from tea bags, throughout the day, including water.
