My typical menu:
2 liters of water during work hours
cold shrimp and either radishes or cukes for lunch
strawberries for a snack
halibut or chicken and cabbage for dinner
apple for snack if hungry or I remember (usually while watching tv)
2 grissinis during the day (again when the crunch craving is needed)
then either tea or 1 liter of water while at home

I tend to cut and weight my weeks worth of protien and put in bags in the fridge. Then all I have to do is grab a baggie and its worry free for meals. Its a no brainer in a hurry. Easy to cook since its a small amount, just add spices or cook in broth.
