I try to alternate between proteins, but making sure I'm spicing up or marinating the meat for added flavor. I've boiled, broiled, baked & grilled to vary the flavors & moisture levels of the the chicken in particular! When I make dinner, I usually make enough of everything for the next day. I keep things organize in the fridge, so I can grab to cook, store &/or grab to go! I do wish I had stock in Ziplok! LOL!

I make enough of one vegetable for 2-3 days (example cabbage for a hot dish); I cut up cucumbers, weigh & put into bags to go; celery (wrap in foil & it will last longer); I keep lettuce ready to go to wrap OR ready to shred or tear for having my meat top (I use fresh lemon to squeeze over the top). I keep strawberries, grapefruit, oranges and apples (just a few of each).

Just get yourself a system, spice up your foods to not get bored AND go for it! YOU CAN do it!!!!
