Each round, I seem to have favorites. And in that round, I eat the same things over and over again. The last round, it was P2 chili from phasestoforever.blogspot.com and a spicy chicken soup (water, chicken, whatever random spices I pull from the spice cabinet, onions or cabbage or tomatoes or spinach). The Greek chicken and ranch chicken from that site are good, too.

This round, I'm eating asparagus or tomato or spinach soup just about every day (cooked asparagus with water or tomatoes pureed in the blender. Add garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, basil, thyme. Stir in your 1 T of milk if you want). I've also been eating lots of "sausage" patties, crumbles or meatballs (chicken breast, 1/2 clove garlic, 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes, 1/4 tsp crushed fennel seed, salt & pepper, a little onion if you're okay with mixing vegetables, grind in the food processor and cook). I put the meatballs in soup with thinly sliced onion or cabbage. The crumbles are good on a large salad of baby greens, orange sections and a dressing of red wine vinegar, mustard powder and orange juice.

I made some kale chips the other night. I don't love them, but the crunch is nice. I treated myself to lobster last week and found I don't really like lobster without melted butter.
