Me again LOL~~~~ Tonight I had steamed cabbage and it was AWESOME!!!!!

Shred a head of cabbage and put in pot
Peel skin off onion and put it WHOLE into the pot
1 tbsp Sea Salt ~ I use Coarse
1 tbsp Thyme
2 tbsp Minced Onion
1 tsp of pepper or to taste
1 1/2 - 2 cup water

Bring all items to BOIL and then turn down and simmer until cabbage is tender enough for your liking.

Remove whole onion and use a slotted spoon to serve onto plate. I put my chicken breast on top and mix it all up.... AMAZING!!!! Spicy a lil from the pepper......

I am only on VLCD5 and I have lost 5.6 lbs. I am really enjoying trying different recipes BUT really enjoying the loss the next AM!!
